The terms for buying and using the plugins distributed through superban.net.
The plugins are sold directly through Telegram. Price, license scope and payment method are agreed in conversation before the purchase.
A license key is bound to the real IP address of the server the plugin's first request came from, not to a value the server owner sets themselves. A key therefore cannot be moved to another server by copying files — the binding can only be changed by us.
By separate agreement a license can be issued without being bound to a specific server.
Attempts to work around the license binding (IP spoofing, modifying the plugin and so on) are grounds for blocking the key without a refund.
A license may be perpetual or issued for a fixed period — which one you are buying is agreed before payment. For a fixed-term license the check stops confirming the key once the period ends; by agreement a grace period may apply during which the plugin keeps working.
After payment the key and the plugin files are delivered in the Telegram conversation. Updates to the version covered by the license are free.
All sales are final. A refund or replacement is possible only if the plugin is genuinely non-functional through our fault and cannot be fixed within a reasonable time.
Questions about installation and configuration go through Telegram. We try to answer quickly but do not guarantee a specific response time.
The plugins contain no malicious code. We are not liable for the consequences of incorrect installation, conflicts with third-party plugins, or server configuration changes made by the user.
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the plugins after a change means accepting the new version.
